Polyester putty for plastic is very soft. It has the unique elasticity and flexibility. Due to its properties it is recommended especially for plastic surfaces, for filling the scratches and cavities before the primer application.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Polyester plastic putty is very soft. It has exceptional flexibility. It is recommended to

aluminium substrate and alignment fig and before resting cavities.

Color- dark grey

Gloss grade -matt.

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for the mixture = 115 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/2) at the level of 250 [g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to aluminium surfaces various substrates:

- ABS,

- PUR,

- PCV.

It is allow good product to aluminium substrate like PS and EPDM

CAUTION: Do not apply the putty directly on the reactive primers, unary acrylic and

nitrocellulose products.

First, clean the surface carefully, dry and degrease.

It is recommended that the part be warmed up at 50oC,before any painting work, which will

make it easier to remove silicone compounds.
