Detailed Product Description

Polyester filling putty with very low specific gravity. Due to the use of special silicon fillers in the form of micro balls, we have achieved the product much lighter than other polyester putties. It is elastic, very good in treatment and has very good adherence to metal. It is recommended especially for filling the damages on large areas, as it does not cause the high load (e.g. for the car roofs repairs).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Putty is ideal for application on large surfaces. It is characterized by high elasticity and very

good grip on metal bases. The lightweight putty is talc free.

Instead of talc it contains foamed silicon in the form of micro balls. This allows for

considerable lowering of specific weight. Another advantage of the putty is its very good

workability at high elasticity. It does not clog the abrasive paper while sanding.

Two component product- putty mix and hardener. Used for repair small scratchers and

cavities before painting.

Color- light- green

Gloss grade -matt.

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for the mixture = 115 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/2) at the level of 250 [g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- binary acrylic primers,

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- galvanized steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,
