It is designed not only for filling the big damages, but also for smoothing the substrate unevenness. It is softer than the universal putty, therefore is easier to grind. It has better adherence to the difficult substrates. This putty may be used as the traditional one, with the universal use range.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Polyester soft putty is a dwo-component product. It is recommended for repair large scratches

and cavities and also for filling uneven surface. It is much more soft then universal putty,

therefore its better to polish. It has also better adhesion surface.

Color- lighty-yellow

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for the mixture = 115 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/2) at the level of 250 [g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- binary acrylic primers,

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- galvanized steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- wooden substrate.

CAUTION: Do not apply the putty directly on the reactive primers, unary acrylic and

nitrocellulose products.

The substrates should be degreased, dry ground (80 P120) and degreased again.
