MASTER C-2007 VHS  is the binary transparent acrylic lacquer with the low content of volatile ingredients. Designed for the professional applications in the 2:1 system. It creates hard layer with high gloss, and is good for cars lacquering after all kinds of repairs.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MASTER C-2007 is a two-component acrylic clearcoat with high content of solid matter

intended for professional use in the 2:1 system. It offers a hard and glossy surface and is

suitable for all types of repair.

CONTENT OF VOLATILE MATTER

VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) for the mix = 416 [g/l], for viscosity of 21 s., FORD 4 at

20oC. This product satisfies requirements of the European Union Directive (2004/42/WE),

which for this product category (B/4) gives the limit value of content of volatile matter at the

level of 420 [g/l] of the ready-for-use product.

SUBSTRATE AND PREPARING THE SURFACE

Clearcoat MASTER C-2007 can be put on:

- basic colours,

- metallic colours,

- existing paintwork in sound condition.

Existing paintwork should first be dried, abraded and cleaned with a silicone remover.

For dulling the colour we recommend the following:

- grey unwoven abrasive fabric with a dulling paste,

- abrasive paper with gradation of 600?800 (for dulling wet),

- abrasive paper with gradation of 360?400 (for dulling by machine),

PRODUCT EFFICIENCY

1 litre of the mix enables us to get between 7.5 and 8.0 sq m of dry film, 60 ?m thick.
