Binary products with the low volatile ingredients content. They have very good filling properties. Recommended for various surfaces priming. They quickly harden, even in the thick layer; good in grinding. They are very good substrate, assuring the good look of the lacquered coating.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Top quality product for priming all kinds of surfaces. It provides good fluidity and precise

coverage of the surface. It cures quickly, even in case of a thick layer; it can be ground very

easily. It has very good filling properties. It is a perfect priming material that ensures excellent

appearance of the lacquer coating.

Color: grey, darc-grey

Glass grade: matt

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for mixture= 481 [g/l] for spraying 23 s.; FORD 4 in 20oC

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/3) at the level of 540[g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- polyester putties

Metal surface needs to be ground and cleaned before application.

Steel surface needs to be degreased and primed with reactive underlay before application
