Two component products with low content of volatile components. They have very good filling capabilities. They are recommended to grounding of various surfaces. They cure very quickly , even at thick layer; their polishing capability is very good . They create ideal base warranting the perfect appearance of varnish coat.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Top quality product for priming all kinds of surfaces. It provides good fluidity and precise

coverage of the surface. It cures quickly, even in case of a thick layer; it can be ground very

easily. It has very good filling properties. It is a perfect priming material that ensures excellent

appearance of the lacquer coating.

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for mixture=534 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/3) at the level of 540[g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- polyester putties

Metal surface needs to be ground and cleaned before application.

Steel surface needs to be degreased and primed with reactive underlay before application
