The REACTIVE primer is the binary product, great for the low adhesive substrates. It assures great adherence of next layers and very high corrosion resistance. It does nt contain the chrome compounds.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Two component product, not contain chromale. Have very good adhesion to different layers,

and also excellent corrosion resistance. Perfect to use to surface with pour adhesion. Applied

as typical penetrated primer. Increasing adhesion succession layers.

Color: light- beige

Glass grade: matt

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for mixture=780 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/3) at the level of 780 [g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- polyester putties

Metal surface needs to be ground and cleaned before application.

Steel surface needs to be degreased and primed with reactive underlay before application
