PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EPOXY primer is the binary product for priming steel, aluminium, cast iron, zinc and nonferrous

metals surfaces. It is very resistant to chemical and atmospheric factors. Due to high

quality resins and active additions it assures great adherence of next layers and very high

corrosion resistance

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for mixture=540 [g/l]

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/3) at the level of 540[g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product has very good adherence to various substrates. It may be put on:

- metal substrate,

- steel stainless substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- polyester putties

- polyester laminate

Steel surface should be previously degreased, dry grinded (P210-240) and cleaned from

grease, oil, dust, rust and foreign impurities. It should have uniform, metallic colour. Stainless

steel surface should be previously degreased.

Galvanized surface should be degreased, dulled with the abrasive cloth and degreased again.

Aluminium surface should be degreased, dulled with the abrasive cloth and degreased again.
