Silicone remover

Silicone remover is the product used for surface cleaning before lacquering. The silicone, wax or grease soil is very dangerous for the good lacquering effect. The silicone remover may be used for metal or plastic surfaces.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Is ued for cleaning surfaces before laquering. Impurities,such as silicone,wax,grease are

dangerous as they prevent the user from achieving a good laquer coating. Can be used on

metal and plastic surfaces.

Color: colorless

VOLATILE COMPONENTS CONTENT

VOC for mixture= VOC = 738 [g/l].

The product fulfils the requirements of the European Directive (2004/42/WE), which defines

the volatile components content for that products category (cat. B/1) at the level of 850[g/l]

for the ready product.

SUBSTRATE AND SURFACE PREPARATION

The product is udes for cleaning substrates:

- metal substrate, also not primed,

- steel substrate,

- aluminium substrate,

- old lacquer coatings,

- polyester putties,

- stainless material,

- acryl filler,

- polyester putty.

 

Metal surface needs to be ground and cleaned least then 2 times. Every time, use clean clout..

It belongs to wait before imposing of covering for all-out remover parrying.
